According to a press release, igovernment.in was recently purchased by Mediaworx Pvt. Ltd., an Indian media company.

The price has not been disclosed, but I'm guessing it was for a fair bit as the website has over 40,000 registered subscribers, plus an average of 3.5 lakh visitors per month.
