I think Sassy.in is the best of the bunch. I think that's a very brandable term that might interest companies in a lot of fields.

BuyMobilePhones.in looks to me more like a webmaster type of domain - something you could put up a minisite on and make some money through that.

Three letter dot in domains of the quality of rzn.in are trading at low $xx right now.

Does t2u.in or ifta.in have any special meaning?

Arty.in - I'd peg it at reg fee. It's an alright domain to use for a website, but it doesn't strike me as something people would be willing to pay much of a premium for.
