I think technically you need their permission to use their photographs.

You should check out iStockPhoto.com - the photographs are about $1 each and then there are no issues with copyright. It looks like they have many Boeing and Airbus photographs.

There are free photographs at Commons.Wikimedia.org. Check the terms of each photo carefully - often you have to give credit. It looks like they also have many Boeing and Airbus photographs.
